5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties

  • Cooling-Off Period: In accordance with local consumer law, you may cancel your purchase within 24 hours of receiving the goods for a full refund, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original, sealed packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Defective Products: If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost to you.
